Frozen Yogurt with Dried Fruit & Manuka
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Nancy’s Yogurt
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tsp dried currants
- 1 tsp dried cherries
- 1 tsp dried cranberries
- Pinch of sea salt
- Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
Directions:
- Put yogurt in bowl. Mix seeds, dried fruit and salt in. Stick in freezer for about 20 minutes for the ‘froyo’ aspect. After removing from freezer, drizzle with Wedderspoon Manuka Honey and enjoy!
