Salmon Burgers with Honey Mustard
Ingredients:
Burgers (Makes six small burgers. Double the ingredients for large patties.)
- 1 can (14.75 oz) pink salmon
- 1 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Ground pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Optional: bacon slices
Honey Mustard
- Equal parts Dijon mustard and Wedderspoon Raw Rata Honey
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- A pinch of onion powder
- A pinch of garlic powder
- A pinch of salt
Directions:
- Mix all patty ingredients in a bowl, minus the sesame seeds. Form into six balls. Roll into the sesame seeds until coated. Spray a skillet with non-stick spray. Once pan is hot, add in salmon patties; flatten with spatula. Cook on medium high for about three minutes per side, or until crisp and brown on both sides.
- Mix all honey mustard ingredients together and serve on top of salmon burgers.
