This week we’re sharing a recipe that will put to use your freshly picked apples and your favorite Wedderspoon Manuka honey. With a quick prep and easy slow-cooking method, our Apple Honey Crockpot Chicken recipe is sure to be your new favorite fall recipe. Enjoy!

Apple Honey Crockpot Chicken

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup apples (peeled & grated)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Wedderspoon Manuka honey
  • 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt


    1. Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and cover with sauce. Cook on low heat for four to six hours.
    Optional: serve with spiced apple wine!
