Wedderspoon sources its unadulterated, genuine raw honeys from the most pristine and remote locales in the world. Due to these high standards for authenticity and purity, Wedderspoon has crafted a reputation as the highest quality honey producer in the market. In our efforts to support bee conservation and sustainable honey production, we have teamed up with like-minded organizations to broaden our efforts and reach.

Wedderspoon supports the following initiatives:

The Non-GMO Project, a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, offers North America’s only third party verification and labeling for Non-GMO food and products. The Non-GMO Project is committed to preserving and building the Non-GMO food supply, educating consumers and providing verifications.

The David Suzuki Foundation collaborates with Canadians from all walks of life, including government and business, to conserve our environment and find solutions that will create a sustainable Canada through science-based research, education and policy work.

Mission: To protect the diversity of nature and our quality of life, now and for the future.

Vision: That within a generation, Canadians act on the understanding that we are all interconnected and interdependent.

The goals of Wedderspoon align with those at the David Suzuki Foundation. We believe in protecting the climate and leaving the world a better place than we found it. We connect with nature to provide a sustainable source of honey while reducing our carbon footprint and ultimately ensuring that Wedderspoon, our honey community, and our dear friends — the bees — have a fruitful friendship for generations to come.
